Marianne Bradley is an experienced Insurance Coverage attorney who represents insurance clients in complex coverage and defense disputes. She advises major property and casualty insurers on a variety of first and third-party insurance and reinsurance disputes under directors and officers, professional liability, general liability, and errors and omissions policies.

In recent years, she has helped an insurance company prevail in a dispute with a construction company over the insurer’s responsibility to cover an agreement from a criminal action, and was part of a team that obtained a decision from a California appellate court ruling affirming a lower court’s finding for a fourth-layer excess insurer. Her work extends to state and federal trial appellate courts throughout the country, and she is experienced in crafting arguments involving complex legal issues.

Marianne brings a unique perspective and strong experience to her role, having worked as a compliance professional and adjuster with two major insurers before attending law school. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Within the firm, she is a mentor to junior associates and a member of the Marketing Committee.
