Megan Bertrand litigates complex commercial disputes on behalf of business and individuals, helping clients at all stages of a potential dispute, from early case assessment through post-trial motions. She is skilled in researching and analyzing complicated legal issues and drafting memoranda laying out the issues and potential solutions.
Before joining the firm, Megan clerked for The Hon. Timothy Savage in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During law school, she served as a legal intern in the EDPA U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Department of Justice Tax Division, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
