Regina Paparo litigates complex civil disputes and arbitrations for sophisticated corporate and individual clients in industries including financial services, manufacturing, technology, and aerospace and defense. She helps clients resolve contract disputes and matters involving securities fraud, bankruptcy, environmental liabilities, and overseas disputes, and respond to government investigations and enforcement actions.

Skilled in research, writing, and crafting case strategy, she works with clients at all stages of a dispute, from initial case assessment through post-trial motions. Regina drafts pre-trial briefs, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment; prepares for and takes depositions; and drafts and responds to discovery requests. She researches and analyzes complex legal issues supporting case strategy, working with colleagues and clients on achieving litigation goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Regina worked as an associate at a large international law firm in New York. She also served as a summer law clerk for the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, writing research memoranda and briefs for environmental disputes involving natural disasters, national parks and land use. Before entering private practice, Regina participated in AmeriCorps VISTA and was a program director for Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
