Biography
David Scolnic has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate matters, locally, nationally, and internationally. In his real estate practice, David helps clients realize their goals in acquiring, developing, constructing, financing, investing, leasing, and managing large and small projects and portfolios. In addition to representing traditional players in the real estate market—developers, investors, lenders, and brokers—David represents prominent companies that do not consider themselves to be in the real estate business but nonetheless have substantial ongoing real estate needs.
In his corporate practice, David represents clients in significant contracts of numerous types, including the purchase and sale of companies; asset-based, secured, unsecured, and less conventional financing; contracts for the purchase, sale, and transportation of goods, including raw materials and finished products; and a vast array of other business transactions and contracts. He serves as outside general counsel to clients who have come to rely upon his judgment, integrity, and experience for their day-to-day legal needs.
