Barry L. Refsin represents clients in complex commercial litigation including antitrust, software licensing disputes, and intellectual property litigation.

He has represented some of the country’s largest chain drug stores as plaintiffs in a variety of antitrust cases challenging pricing and exclusionary practices of brand name pharmaceutical manufacturers. Mr. Refsin also frequently represents technology companies in licensing and patent disputes.
