Aiden Spencer advises insurance and reinsurance clients on their policy development, revisions and implementation, including exclusions and obligations under various business insurance policies. He prepares coverage opinions, exposure analyses and technical reports for carriers responding to claims tendered, with considerable experience in reviewing claims involving environmental issues.

A former assistant district attorney in Philadelphia, Aiden offers strong litigation experience and confidence in the courtroom. He understands the process of bringing and defending various claims, and works with clients at every stage of a dispute, from case evaluation to discovery requests and responses through post-trial motions. This work can also include writing mid-case interim updates that keep clients informed throughout a dispute.

His work requires research into complex legal, business and technical issues, and he analyzes the issues and potential approaches for resolving the problem at hand. Aiden also drafts documents including civil complaints, motions, supporting briefs, legal letters, and documentation relevant to pre-litigation and settlement conferences.
