Martha Osisek advises insurers on coverage matters and supports clients through all stages of litigation, from early fact-finding and discovery to motion practice and settlement. Before joining the firm, Mimi was a legal intern at the Motion Picture Association, where she worked on antitrust, piracy and copyright issues for various member studios. She earned her JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her BSBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Christopher Mauro represents insurers and reinsurers in disputes involving coverage liability, policy exclusions and bad faith claims. Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Arianna J. Freeman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and practiced at Dechert LLP. Chris earned his JD, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his MBA and BSBA from the University of Denver.

Cary Zhang litigates complex commercial disputes with a focus on antitrust matters, representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry, and has experience across all stages of litigation. Before joining the firm, Cary clerked for the Honorable Michael L. Ravin of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division and practiced at a boutique class action firm. She earned her JD, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and her BS, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
Family Law
Drew Jabour-Gehman represents clients in family law matters, including equitable distribution, alimony, custody and support. Before joining the firm, Drew clerked for the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer, President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, his M.S.Ed. from Baylor University, and his BA, summa cum laude, from Messiah College.

Aiden Spencer advises insurance and reinsurance clients on policy development, revisions and implementation, with particular experience in environmental claims. He prepares coverage opinions, exposure analyses and technical reports. Aiden earned his JD, summa cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law and his BM, cum laude, from Appalachian State University.
