Hamilton Lane at Seven Tower Bridge, a $112 million, 260,000 square-foot trophy office development project in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of their Best Lease Deals of the Year for 2019. David Scolnic, shareholder in the Real Estate practice group, provided counsel on the project, which was developed by a joint venture including Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation and American Real Estate Partners and Partners Group (U.S.A.) Inc. and financed by Mesa West. The project took second place in the “Best Suburban Lease” category.

Hamilton Lane, an alternative investment management firm, with $473 billion in total assets under management and nearly 260 employees, will anchor the 14-story riverfront building. With a predominantly millennial employee base that is expected to nearly double in size in the coming year, the new Seven Tower Bridge can accommodate the firm’s growth and more.

The Philadelphia Business Journal 2020 Best Real Estate Deals of the Year honors the top projects and deals there were completed in Greater Philadelphia in 2019.
