Hangley Aronchick’s election team secured a favorable decision over the appointment of a neutral third-party custodian to take possession of the voting machines at the center of an ongoing dispute over unauthorized voting-machine inspections. The decision follows a ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court earlier this year, which granted the election team’s application to hold in contempt and sanction Fulton County and two of its three commissioners.
