At Hangley Aronchick, our strength has always come from our people — the attorneys whose experience and integrity define our work and culture. That’s why we’re excited to launch our “Get to Know an Attorney” campaign, a new series spotlighting the exceptional lawyers who help us provide excellent counsel while building the strong client relationships that define our firm.

Kyle Heisner, of counsel in the Insurance Coverage practice, is our first featured attorney. Kyle handles a range of coverage and bad faith matters, including complex litigation, contract disputes and insurance coverage matters involving directors and officers, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, colleges and universities, financial institutions and others.

What do you believe sets Hangley Aronchick apart in the legal industry?

Hangley Aronchick stands out for delivering top-quality legal work with a practical, client-focused approach. We prioritize efficiency and concentrate on the strategies that truly matter, ensuring our clients’ goals are achieved in the most meaningful and impactful ways.

How would you describe your approach to client relationships and legal strategy?

I approach each case by investing personally in my clients’ objectives and taking the time to understand what matters most to them. My focus is on identifying the key determinative issues and working strategically—and efficiently—to advance my clients’ positions on those critical points.

What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?

Rather than a single piece of advice, I’ve benefited from the opportunity to work alongside many talented attorneys throughout my career. I’ve made it a priority to learn from the colleagues I admire, striving—emphasis on striving—to emulate the qualities that make them effective advocates.

Do you have any hidden talents?

Outside of work, I enjoy tackling home improvement projects. My father’s career in construction gave me an early appreciation for hands-on work, and I’ve developed some solid skills in that area. I find it rewarding to take on physical projects as a change of pace from the desk work that makes up most of my day.

What’s one meal you could eat again and again?

There’s a family favorite Italian restaurant in Newtown that became a weekly tradition when we lived nearby. After moving, I was thrilled to learn they had another location within delivery range. Their chicken panini has been a staple of mine for years.
