Insurance Coverage, Litigation
Elizabeth McBride counsels and defends insurers in coverage disputes involving professional liability, errors and omissions, employment liability, construction defects, motor vehicle and trucking, fraud, cyber, assault and battery, liquor liability, life insurance, and abuse and molestation claims. She was recognized on the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Insurance Coverage.
Before joining the firm, Elizabeth was an associate at a civil litigation and insurance defense law firm, where she helped with the launch of their insurance coverage practice and independently handled some mediations and settlements. She has taken depositions in first- and third-party matters, appeared for case management conferences and attended site inspections for property damage claims. Liz earned her JD from Penn State Law School and her BA, magna cum laude, from Immaculata University.
Litigation
Matthew Seelig helps resolve complex commercial disputes for individual and corporate clients in a range of industries. He is involved at all stages of a potential dispute, from early case assessment through appeals, and he is experienced in researching and analyzing legal issues and strategies. His practice includes matters involving contracts, tort, securities, ERISA and bankruptcy.
Before entering private practice, Matthew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Matthew earned his JD, magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his BA, cum laude, from Boston College.
