Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller has announced that Jon L. Cochran and Matthew N. Klebanoff have been elected Of Counsel. Both attorneys practice in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Jon Cochran represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in a wide range of complex matters including fiduciary duty litigation, personal injury, ERISA and employment disputes, insurance coverage, and contract disputes. Jon also maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the board of the Homeless Advocacy Project, a legal services organization that provides advocacy and representation to homeless individuals and families. He is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he received the Francis Wayland Prize for Litigation and was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal.

Matt Klebanoff is a commercial litigator with substantial experience litigating and settling complex insurance coverage and commercial disputes. He has represented a wide variety of leading insurance industry clients in coverage, bad faith, fraud and rescission actions, with an emphasis on D&O, E&O, fiduciary liability, healthcare and managed care risk, ERISA coverage, EPL, reinsurance, and other lines and coverage. Matt also volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates, where he represents dependent children committed to the temporary care of the Department of Human Services. He is a cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
