On April 28, 2021, Hangley Aronchick will host a panel discussion entitled “Nuts-and-Bolts of Arbitration,” which will provide a high-level introduction into what arbitration is like. Panelists Joseph Crawford, Bonnie Hoffman, and Jason Levine, and moderator Katelyn Mays, will discuss the differences between arbitration and litigation; the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration; the arbitration process, including selecting an arbitrator; procedural issues; and other strategic considerations of arbitration.
