Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller is proud to announce that shareholder Steven Miano has been named secretary of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). Steve officially began his one-year term on September 19, following the organization’s annual meeting in Boston.
The American College of Environmental Lawyers is a professional association of distinguished lawyers who practice environmental law. The position is another leadership role for Steve, who has also served as planning chair for three annual meetings and the inaugural mid-year meeting, and as co-chair of the Board of Regents. He remains a member of the Board.
Steve is also active in American Bar Association. He is a past chair of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources. He continues to serve on Section committees, including planning committees for nationwide conferences.
