Helen E. Casale, a Shareholder in the firm’s Family law practice, was elected to be the Vice-Chair of the Interbranch Commission for Racial, Gender, and Ethnic Fairness. Casale was elected to this position, which carries a two year term, as a result of her continued service to the Commission with honor and distinction.

The Interbranch Commission seeks fairness throughout Pennsylvania’s judicial system because everyone deserves to be treated in a dignified, respectful, and non-discriminatory manner. Whether responding to grievances, selecting jurors, expunging juvenile records, or making judicial processes safer for and more accessible to citizens, the goal of the Commission is to promote fairness.
