Elizabeth (Liz) Dolce concentrates her practice on insurance coverage disputes. She represents large insurance carriers in sophisticated third-party coverage and bad faith cases involving multiple product lines, including directors and officers, fiduciary, management liability, commercial general liability, and healthcare professional liability coverage disputes.

Liz has also counseled clients on first-party property insurance matters, including Covid-19- and PFAS-related claims, and litigated cases involving business contract disputes, personal injury, liquor liability, and products liability.  Liz has experience handling all aspects of litigation, from initial analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting discovery, through trial practice, post-trial briefing, and appeals.

While in law school, Liz represented low income clients as part of the Temple Legal Aid Office clinical and served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Torts Branch, Aviation and Admiralty Section.  Inside the firm, Liz serves on the Associate Development and DEI Committees.
