Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller is proud to announce that firm co-founder and shareholder Mark Aronchick has been elected to the American Law Institute (ALI). Mark was selected for his extensive legal career in Philadelphia. His notable achievements include being the city’s youngest city solicitor and involvement in high-profile litigation cases.

As a member of ALI, Mark will help influence the development of the law in both existing and emerging areas, working with other eminent lawyers, judges and academics, to contribute to the public good. Mark joins co-founder and chair emeritus William Hangley and shareholder John Summers as members of the organization.

The ALI is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize and otherwise improve the law. The organization drafts, discusses, revises, and publishes Restatements of the Law, Model Codes and Principles of Law that are influential in the courts and legislatures, as well as in legal scholarship and education.
